Returns, Replacements, and Exchanges

By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions. If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you at your cost. Consequently, any credit request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Returns Warehouse that may be incurred by 55 Flooring. By shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions.
Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria Listed below:

• All accessories are Final Sale. There are no returns allowed in accessories (trim, underlayment, glue, etc)

• Some flooring has a No Return policy, and will be indicated on our website as “Final Sale”. The manufacturer or the distributor sets these flooring policies. If this is a concern for you, please ask your sales representative prior to making a purchase.

• We can accept returns on 3 full cartons or more. There would be no return allowed on less than 3full cartons of any flooring.

• All returned cartons must be factory sealed. You will not receive any credit for opened cartons. Upon receipt of your materials, if however, you open one carton and notice that you have received the incorrect item you must contact us with in one hour of delivery, so that we can arrange for the return and replacement of your order.

• You will also need to contact our office to obtain a return authorization. You can get a return authorization up to 30 days of the receipt of your order. There will be absolutely no returns allowed after 30 days.
 Once a return authorization is issued, all materials to be returned would have to be brought to a designated freight terminal. You are responsible to pay the return shipping charge on any returns.

• Once our vender receives the returned material, we will issue you a refund. Refunds usually take from 7 to 14 business days from the date the material was received. This is because we have to locate and inspect the returned merchandise to confirm all items that are supposed to be returned are returned..

• We will be happy to exchange incorrect or damaged material as long as all cartons and packaging are in tact.

Orders can be adjusted or changed with no service charge providing the adjustment is done prior to the order leaving the distribution warehouse. Complete order cancellations done before the order has left the distribution warehouse will have no cancellation fee. Order cancellations made after an order has left the distribution warehouse will be considered as a return order and will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.

Orders received before 12:00PM PST are processed the same business day. All orders received after 12:00PM PST are processed the following business day.

Once we have confirmation that your order is in stock and ready to ship, the freight carrier is contacted to pick up the order. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation with the carriers contact information and tracking number. Please keep this e-mail for your records, as this will be your tracking number.

The total shipping time is approximately 7 to 10 business days from the day the order ships. This does not include non-stocked or special orders. Our processing department will communicate the additional time your order will take if this status applies.

Residential and freight terminal pickups will be contacted by the carrier to set up an appointment for your convenience.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payments via credit card, certified money order, and personal check.
Credit Cards

• We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express
• Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Certified Money Order, Cashiers check and Personal Checks

• If you pay with a personal check, we must receive the check and have it clear before we can ship you any material. Check clearing takes approximately 5 to 10 business days.

• If you pay by Certified Money Order or Cashiers Check, we must receive the payment before we can ship any materials to you. If you need the materials right away, you are more than welcome to express mail the payment to us or drop it off at our store.

Updating Account Information

From our website, you can log into your account and update your information securely. If you forgot your password you can go on our site, enter your email address that you registered with us and we'll send you a new password..
